The problem is that, as a House, we shall be left with the word \"Authority\" in Subsection (d), which might create a problem. So, I am appealing that hon. Oparanya will reinstate the amendment but then amend Clause 9(b) to delete the word \"Authority\" and substitute therefor the word \"Board.\""
