    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the amendment proposed to Section 25 of the principal Act be amended by renumbering the proposed amendment as (a) and inserting the following further amendment- (b) Section 25 of the principal Act is amended by inserting the following proviso at the end of Subsection (2)- Provided that the Constituency Development Committee shall ensure that any such education bursary scheme is equally accessible to boys and girls and men and 4578 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES October 17, 2007 women."
