    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 39 of the Bill be amended- (a) by deleting the word \"Authority\" wherever it appears and substituting therefor the word \"Board\"; (b) in Subclause (4) by- (i) inserting the words \"and the Constituency Development Committee\" immediately after the words \"Districts Projects Committee\"; (ii) deleting the word \"Minister\" and substituting therefor the word \"Board\". Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, the essence of this amendment is to include Constituency Development Committee members to be given sitting and other allowances as shall be determined by the Minister. If you look at the Act the way it is, it only mentions the District Projects Committee. So, we are now including the Constituency Development Committee."
