    "content": "Yes, I will, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I just wanted to say that on the issue of HIV/AIDS and supporting youth campaigns on behaviour change, there are on-going programmes right now. On the issue of recreation and leisure, indeed, it is written here that we should remunerate and honour sportswomen and sportsmen. That is being done. We have also improved the accessibility to sporting facilities. I am glad, as a person who supports the youth, that in the last five years, there is a big difference. Now, we just want to come back to improve. With those few remarks, I beg to support."
