    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to ask the Minister for Lands the following Question by Private Notice. (a) Is the Minister aware that the land between Plainsview Estate and Mombasa Road in Nairobi, L.R.No.93/1418 has been allocated to a private developer? (b) Is the Minister further aware that this piece of land is a buffer strip and was reserved for public utility? (c) In view of the fact that the Government does not condone grabbing of public land, could the Minister annul the allocation and instruct the developer to vacate the site with immediate effect?"
