    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as I have said, you can see the way the Assistant Minister is misleading this House. I have a sketch map of that piece of land and it exists under the City Council. Could the Assistant Minister, with due respect, think twice and ensure that I personally take him there, so that he can see that the piece of land has been grabbed? The piece of land is on the road-side and the people of that area are always demonstrating because they do not have a way through to Mombasa Road. If this piece of land belongs to the company that the Assistant Minister has stated, and it is on the road-side, what steps is the Assistant Minister going to take to make sure that the people of this area, who have no way through to Mombasa, have a way through to Mombasa Road?"
