    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I will repeat the answer. (a) I am aware that the Cheptiret-Moi University is in a deplorable condition. (b) The road has been earmarked for routine maintenance this financial year. Therefore, Kshs3 million has been issued on emergency basis to the Provincial Roads Engineer, North Rift, for the repair of the road. The unpaved section of Road D305; Kesses-Lessos, is currently being rehabilitated at a cost of Kshs11.9 million under the African Development Bank funded Roads 2000 Project."
