The contractor has not been able to work quickly because of the amount of rainfall that has been falling in that area. However, the Provincial Roads Engineer cannot start work until we send some emergency money to him. In my answer, I said that we have sent Kshs3 million. However, I would not be able to know how much money we have sent for the other roads."
