    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is true that my Ministry supported that Motion. If the hon. Member recalls, we outlined in the Sessional Paper No.1 of 2005 on Policy Framework of Education that the ECD will be assimilated into the free primary education or basic education by the year 2010. These are the preparations we have made. The strategy will be ready by February, 2008. After that date, we will have a programme as to how the implementation will be done and when we will hire the staff. Everything will be in place by 2010 because this is the planning stage."
