It is now almost a month since the Ministry of Gender, Sports, Culture and Social Services promised to operationalize the Persons with Disabilities Act, the Persons with Disabilities Fund and the Persons with Disabilities Board but it has not done so. I do not know what is happening with the Government because they keep on saying that they will do it but they do not do it."
