    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, my amended proposed Clause 29(A) 4508 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES October 16, 2007 reads as follows:- \"Where a female employee has been matched with an infant child for official adoption or is placed with an infant child for official adoption, that employee is entitled to adoption leave of three months.\" I just want to clarify that the adoption laws in this country currently are the ones which do not favour placement with men. So, we would have to, first, address those laws before we come to the issue of men adopting infants children."
