However, the whole spirit of this clause is to support a woman or couple that has a child that needs attention. The parents need to be there at this very crucial time. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, there are many countries in the world now who give their women leave, even up to a year, to take care of their children. By doing so, a country is sure of having good citizens who do not miss their parents at a very crucial age. So, I think that this amendment is very important, but we can agree on the details of infancy."
