    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, again, that is a fundamental variation between the figure that the Controller and Auditor-General call into question which is at 14 per cent and the figure that the Committee claims was lost. Therefore, I want to plead that, when hon. Prime Minister makes his statement he should also for the benefit of the record, and for the benefit of this House and the nation at large, call attention to those fundamental variations between the report of the Controller and Auditor- General and the Report of the Committee. Indeed, the Controller and Auditor General does not appear to be confirming the allegations of the Committee."
