(1) The Board shall in each financial year, prepare and forward to the Minister and the President, a report of its operations in that year in relation to this Part and shall in such report set out any recommendations the Board considers appropriate for the elimination or modification of discriminatory provisions of any Act relating to employment. (2) The Minister shall lay the report specified in subsection (1) before the National Assembly within twenty-one days after the National Assembly next sits after the Minister has received the report.
