    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, the Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs purported to give me some information. I think I should give her this correct information. Earlier on, in Clause 2, if you look at the Order Paper at page 730, we have the amendment proposed by the Minister, which was carried. That amendment read:- THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended- \"(b) in the definition of the term \"Board\" by deleting the words \"established by Section 5 of the Labour Institutions Act.\" If there was a Board to be established under that non-existent Act, that has already been deleted. The Board you talking about--- Remember here, it is making reference to a Board that is going to make recommendations to the Minister for Finance with regard to who qualifies for tax waivers and credits. I think it is not right---"
