    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to congratulate the Minister and say that this is a day of mixed fortunes for women. Although I regret that we were unable to pass the 30 per cent in terms of public appointments and the issue of adoption leave, I want to say that I recognise that this is a historic day for women. In this law, we have passed maternity and paternity leave. I think that women will be healthier and wealthier and better citizens."
