    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the question of compensation for a person who 4418 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES October 11, 2007 has been wrongfully killed is the responsibility of the Government. How does the Pensions Department come in? This was a civil servant who was erroneously killed. The question of compensation lies in the hands of the Government which should pay the equivalent of Kshs60 billion to the dependants of the deceased, so that they can benefit from it. This is because we do not know whether this man was going to live for 100 years."
