    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, Mr. Imanyara also requested whether this could be issued by the Leader of Government Business. This is a matter that I will leave to the Prime Minister to make that decision based on the other matter I requested earlier on that as the co- ordinator of Government Business and as a constitutional duty, whether that duty can be delegated to any other person. However, I would like to say that it is a blessing in disguise that he is not here today. Several other matters have been requested for that were not originally requested and we will communicate that so that they can then be included in the comprehensive statement that will come as promised earlier on in the next Prime Minister’s Time."
