    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 26 of the Bill be amended in sub clause (2)- (a) in paragraph (a) by inserting the words \"appointed by the Council\" immediately 4436 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES October 11, 2007 after the words \"a chairperson\"; (b) in paragraph (b) by inserting the words \"appointed by the Council\" immediately after the words \"at least seven years' experience\"; (c) in paragraph (d) by inserting the words \"elected by the Council\" immediately after the words \"with at least five years' experience\"."
