    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the First Schedule to the Bill be amended in paragraph 1 - by inserting the following sub paragraphs immediately after sub paragraph (6)- (7) The members of the Institute shall at every annual general meeting, elect eleven provincial representatives, being nutritionists or dieticians, who shall constitute the national officials of the Institute (8) The national officials shall elect from among their number a vice-chairperson, secretary and treasurer of the Institute. Again, this is as a result of consultation."
