    "content": " On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. I am seeking your indulgence and guidance. You will notice that on page 719, Clause 5 which is an amendment by the Minister, was passed. Unfortunately, I did not come in on time because the Question Time ended early. These amendments were shared between the Minister and the Mover. They were a result of consultation. This is a very important clause and it will affect the rest of the Bill. I am, therefore, seeking to be advised in what manner we could seek the re-opening of this issue by the House, so that this amendment is proposed with the leave of the Chair."
