    "content": " Take your seat! I will tell you. What Prof. Ojiambo is proposing to do is to amend Part Two - Freedom of Association Clause 4(1) - by adding a further sub-paragraph there. Now Clause 4(1) reads:- \"every employee has the right to- (a) participate in forming a trade union or federation of trade unions and; (b) join a trade union; and, (c) leave a trade a union. In other words, they also have a right to leave. That is what she is saying. That is the amendment. If you want to oppose it, just say so. The amendment she is adding gives the right to an employee to leave a trade union."
