I just want to take this opportunity again to thank the Minister, his Permanent Secretary, his team and all the other stakeholders who were involved in the formulation of this Bill. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am one of the people who was happy that those amendments were there. Kenyans have a lot of confidence in the Industrial Court. Kenyans have a lot of confidence in their hon. Members. Therefore, this is an important Bill. It shows that the Ninth Parliament has the interest of workers at heart. Since Independence, it is only the Ninth Parliament that has been able to update all the labour laws. Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir."
