Part (a) should read \"I am not aware\" and not \"I am aware\", as it is written. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) I am not aware. (b) The tender, which was a labour contract, was awarded to a Mr. M.N. Mjomba. (c) The District Commissioners (DCs) for Kwale and Kinango have been instructed to immediately institute a technical committee of competent officers to undertake investigations into the expenditure of funds raised by the community with a view to establishing whether or not there may have been some misappropriation during the construction of the office. We will take the appropriate action once the committee tables the report."
