    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the exercise of constructing this DO's office was done in 2001. When the community was not satisfied with what was happening because of interference by the then DO, a probe committee was formed and a report was tabled on 2nd September, 2003. One of the recommendations of the committee was that there was a shortage of about Kshs194,000, and part of this money had actually been taken by the DO. When this issue was raised, the DO was transferred and promoted by this Government. Since 2003, the Assistant Minister is telling me that they have now constituted a team of investigating officers. When is the team going to finalise its work and cause this money to be recovered?"
