    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, when the Constituencies Development Funds (CDF) are allocated to the constituencies, we get reports from the CDF Committees and the District Development Officers (DDOs). These reports are even posted at the chief's offices. This House has tried to bring the Fiscal Analysis Bill so that Government officers can account for the funds which have been allocated and which are to be used for specific projects. Could the Assistant Minister instruct all the DCs and all the departmental heads in the districts to be posting to the chiefs' offices the amounts which have been approved for projects and amounts which have been approved at the end of each financial year?"
