    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we will look at the document. However, the office in question was undertaken through a joint effort by the Government and the community. The community raised Kshs450,000 and the Government contributed Kshs200,000. The money that was contributed by the Government has been properly accounted for. It is the money that was contributed by the community that we have a problem with. That is why we have instructed the 4388 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES October 9, 2007 DCs to appoint a technical committee to look into the matter and table a report that will advise us on the way forward."
