    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) District boundaries raise emotive feelings between communities. Due to this sensitive nature of boundaries, the Government did not, and has no intention of implementing the recommendations of the Mwangovya Commission. (b) The Committee completed its work and a report was handed over to the appointing authority to study before implementation. As I have already said, we have looked at it and we have no intention of implementing the recommendations therein."
