    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I just want to say one word in support of Mr. Muite's amendment. Remember that we are talking about a forced retirement. It is not voluntary. Immediately, you are retrenched, you do not have another source of income. The law says that you cannot, therefore, touch that money, even if you do not have an income, until you are 55 years. Essentially, it is just saying that you should die between the time you are retrenched and the time you reach 55 so that you cannot access the money, anyway. I think that is being very cruel to the person who has worked very hard to invest their money into a Retirement Benefits Scheme. I support."
