It is covering people who serve for only up to three years. So, if you serve for four years or more, you will not be entitled to recovering your money, because the amendment provides that people who serve for three years and then leave employment are the only ones who are entitled to a refund of the amount. If somebody serves for 20 years and then retires, he will not be protected by the amendment that Mr. Muite is proposing."
