    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, most of the flooding in Kano and Budalangi areas occur, because of the overflow of rivers from Cherangani and other areas. The long-term plans are to dam these rivers. When we dam these rivers, we will be able to control them and also provide surplus water to the areas through which the rivers pass so that residents can use it for irrigation. That is the permanent solution."
