This is because with regard to this particular Section 23(4), the Question was proposed to the amendments by the Attorney-General and hon. Marende. Hon. Members also contributed to this matter and we voted. In fact, a Division was called and its results have been submitted. At what point in time should these issues be raised? Is it after the House has already gone into Division and the results have been submitted?"
