Mr. Munya, those are among the recommendations by the President? Those are just some of the recommendations by the President! However, among other recommendations is: \"The provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code, the evidence Act, the Police Act and any other law conferring on the police the powers, privileges and immunities necessary or expedient for the detection, prevention and investigation of offences shall, so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, apply to the Director and an investigator as if reference in those provisions to a police station---\". Before you come to that bit, there are a lot of other powers being given to the Commission and the Committee, or the hon. Member, have not interfered with them!"
