    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the amendment proposed in relation to Section 27 of the Anti- Corruption and Economic Crimes Act be amended by - (a) deleting the words \"in notice\" and substitute therefor the words \"the order\" (b) by deleting the words \"of the associates property at the time specified in the notice\" and inserting the words \"stating, in relation to any property specified by the Director, whether the property was acquired by purchase, gift, inheritance or in some other manner, and what consideration, if any, was given for the property\". The reasons for those amendments are similar to the reasons that I have given for amending Section 26 and Ms. Ndung'u will second."
