    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I would like to support the amendment by Mr. Marende on the presidential recommendation. The main reason is that I personally believe that wealth declaration forms should not be just pieces of paper kept somewhere secretly. People should have access to them. In fact, we should have gone the whole hog to ensure that wealth declarations are made public. If you are going to be a leader, people ought to know you from A-Z; they should know what you own and what you do not own, so that if you acquire anything afterwards, then they will know that you obtained it corruptly. With those few remarks, I support."
