I want to say that I concur with the President's proposal, and add that in the 4380 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES October 4, 2007 Memorandum, the Attorney-General should have advised the President correctly, that Subsection (7) did not contravene Section 40 of the Constitution but went against Section 121(1)(iii) of that Section. That is the one which says that a Member of Parliament will write his resignation to the Speaker. I beg to support."
