Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, there is a good reason for us expressing concern with this particular Clause 11. We believe that, as it is today, there are ways and provisions under the existing laws to deal with defaulters of Value Added Tax (VAT), Income Tax and all other taxes.
