Arising from what Mr. Mbau was saying, we are worried that the Government is not taking immediate action when we raise these issues. That is why Mr. Mbau was trying to insist--- If the Government cannot take action after being given the documentary evidence, could the public be asked to go and deal with this matter? That is really our concern. The problem is actually about the Government failing to table the Ndung'u Report in this House and to take action."
