    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the Assistant Minister for that answer. Currently, the Maralal-Rumuruti Road is in very bad state. In fact, it has never been that bad since Independence. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I say so because during the recent rainy season, our vehicles got stuck on that road for up to ten days. It is also becoming a security risk because of the bandits in the area. What is he doing to restore the roads to be motorable while we wait for the tarmacking?"
