I would like to give notice that I will move an amendment in Vote R08 – Ministry of State for Defence, by reducing the amount stated there of Kshs52,016, 693, 310 by Kshs5 billion to the new figure which should be Kshs47, 016, 698, 310. I am intending to do this because I am concerned about the plight of our children."
