Members, you will notice that the next Order, Order No.7 is Committee of the Whole House on two Bills, namely, the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, in respect of the Memorandum by His Excellency the President and also the Finance Bill, Bill No.21. As regards The Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, relating to the Memorandum by His Excellency the President, some hon. Members preferred to place some amendments on the Memorandum, as they are legally entitled to, both under the Constitution and the Standing Orders. But those amendments are not ready yet, as we sit here. Officers under me are working on those amendments. Therefore, the Bill is not ready for Committee now. I will, therefore, defer it to tomorrow afternoon. As regards the Finance Bill, the Minister proposed to send some amendments. He tells me that he has already sent the amendments to the office, but as you notice on the Order Paper, they are not reflected at all. Consequently, that too, is not ready for Committee this afternoon. I will, therefore, also direct that, that Bill be placed on the Order Paper for tomorrow; Committee of the Whole House. This therefore, means that we will go to Order No.8. I hope all of you are happy with that kind of arrangement! Next Order!"
