The road that traverses through Busia will receive Kshs3.6 million for the section passing through Busia totalling 13.4 kilometres. The section traversing Bungoma which is 21.9 kilometres will receive Kshs7.2 million. The section traversing Teso which is 10.4 kilometres will receive Kshs1.650 million. The Malava Busia Road which is entirely in Teso District and measures 24.8 kilometres will receive Kshs13 million this financial year."
