    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the work of my Ministry is to process the documents and forward them to the Director of Pensions. It is the business of the Director of Pensions to pay. So, in this particular case, there were the reasons that I have given, which caused the delay. If there is a specific case which Mr. Sambu wants us to follow up, we can do so. The delay in this particular case was because Mr. Orogo was initially employed in another Ministry, and his position was never regularised in our Ministry until his retirement. So, computation of his dues took time. However, that has now been done, and he should collect his money."
