    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, all I can say with regard to the comments by hon. Mbadi, is that as I did say yesterday, I want to appeal for reason in this House. Secondly, as I have said today, we have been in discussions again with the teachers. There is already a proposal that is on the table by the Government to the teachers. We will continue negotiating with the teachers with a view to reaching an amicable settlement in the interests of our children."
