    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, you have just mentioned what I wanted to say about the amendment to the Pensions Act, of which the Office of the President is the worst offender. The delays of pensions are caused by the processing at the Office of the President, and not at the Directorate of Pensions, as the Assistant Minister would like us to believe. Could he confirm that the Act, as amended, is operational, and they are implementing it, so that pensions can be processed even before a retiree's last day in office?"
