Anyway, my question to the Assistant Minister is this: The Office of the President gets a lot of money each year, which is passed by this House. Today, we are living in a highly computerised world. Do you still need those huge paper-back files? Why can you not computerise all the data regarding an employee, so that you can just press a code on a computer keyboard and get all the information? Why do you still rely on those yellow pieces of paper, which are stuck together?"
