Could he clarify whether that community regalia include bows, arrows, swords and metal clubs? In that clarification, could he clarify why an hon. Member of the Cabinet, who was captured on camera inspecting a guard of honour mounted by those youths, has not been arrested and charged for involving himself in war-like activities and/or incitement?"
