    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I was saying that the investigations are not restricted to the violence that took place in Kisii, rather they have been extended to the violence that took place in Kibera the other day. The police are also investigating whatever led to the burning of houses and the carjacking of matatus on the way and people being beaten. All those incidents are under investigation and the law will take its course. Mr. Speaker, Sir, as to whether the Government is planning to harm Mr. Livondo, that is completely baseless. I hope that the opposite is not true, that is, somebody could be planning to harm Mr. Livondo to blame it on the Government."
