    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, hon. Ndambuki requested the Minister to inform us. I would like the Minister to clarify what method he is going to use to inform Kenyans. I am aware that there is a lot of information on the website. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am also aware that the Permanent Secretary and the Minister are continuously in the media informing Kenyans about that subject. Could the Minister also consider giving that information to inter-sectoral groups such as farmers at the provincial level and all the way down, so that this matter could be known by everybody?"
