In the Appropriation Bill, we deal with the figures in the Bill. That is because we have had an opportunity to talk about the policy through the Budget process and the Finance Bill. So, let us confine ourselves to the allocation. It is the allocation of the funds distributed to the various Ministries. That is the issue here! It is not actually the policies.
